Family offices and law firms

AI for family offices and law firms in Monaco

In a Monaco family office or law firm, a good share of the week goes into preparation: gathering the documents for a file before a committee meeting, chasing a bank that is slow to reply. We build AI tools that take this work off your hands, working on your own files and within the confidentiality rules you set.

Files that must stay with you

Family offices, law firms, fiduciaries and wealth managers work with articles of association, contracts, bank statements and correspondence with families who count on their discretion. Pasting an extract of these documents into a consumer AI assistant means handing it to a service whose hosting, and whose use of your data, you know nothing about.

We build the tool for your firm, never from a ready-made template, starting from the data you already have: Excel spreadsheets or an old CRM. Every technical choice is weighed for confidentiality first, and for convenience only after that.

Confidential by design

Hosting is chosen with you at the first meeting, and it can be in Monaco. Access rules are set at the same time, before the first line of code is written.

The tool complies with the GDPR and with Monaco's Law No. 1.565 on the protection of personal data. The day a client asks what was done with their information, the access logs give a dated answer.

Agents that wait for your approval

An agent sorts incoming mail and attaches each message to the right file. For routine requests, it drafts a reply from the documents already filed. It can also complete a file ahead of a deadline and chase a contact who has not answered. Nothing goes out without your approval: the person in charge reads the draft and sends it themselves, or corrects it first.

Behind these agents, the second brain links the contracts, emails, meeting notes and WhatsApp messages relating to a family or a client in a single graph. When you open a file, the relevant history is already there. The agent drafting a follow-up knows what was agreed at the last meeting, and the memory grows with every exchange, with no re-keying.

Software built around your firm

Many firms still track their entities and deadlines in separate spreadsheets. We bring that tracking into a single application built from those files, with views suited to each role: the deadline calendar for the lawyer, the summary by family for the partner. A usable prototype arrives within 72 hours, then gets refined with your teams. The architecture lets you add entities or users without rebuilding everything. The full offer is described on the bespoke AI software and agents page.

Start with a real file

The entry point is a free audit and prototype, with no commitment. You pick the task that weighs most on your week, we build the prototype on it and your team tries it before any commercial discussion. The quote comes afterwards. It depends on the scope, the existing tools to connect and the regulatory requirements of your profession, which is why PRAGMA does not publish a price list, as the pricing page explains.

A dedicated developer follows the project from brief to launch. Hosting and security decisions sit with Benjamin Mathias, PRAGMA co-founder in charge of engineering and infrastructure: a tech lead with 8 years in infrastructure and DevOps, who held that role at the European Space Agency and has worked for Jellysmack, Orange and Atos.

Frequently asked questions

Can our data be hosted in Monaco?

Yes. Hosting is decided with you, and Monaco is one of the options. Wherever the servers are, your documents are not used to train an external model.

Can an agent write to a client without approval?

No. The agent drafts the message, attaches it to the file and waits for your approval. Everything it did can then be reviewed, action by action, by the people you designate.

Do we have to give up the software we use today?

The application is built from your spreadsheets and your old CRM, then connected to the tools you keep. These integrations are part of the scope and affect the quote, which is drawn up after the prototype.

Does your approach work for other regulated professions?

Yes, taking each profession's rules into account. The AI for healthcare page covers professional secrecy in medical practices, and agencies handling off-market listings will find the details on real estate web design and CRM.

Projects delivered for regulated professions and service companies are shown in our work. To start, pick the file that takes up most of your time and request the free audit and prototype: you judge the tool on real work, with your team, before you hear a figure.
