Bespoke AI and software for healthcare practices in Monaco

In a medical or allied-health practice in Monaco or on the French Riviera, the front desk spends a good part of every day sorting messages and chasing missing documents. We build bespoke AI tools that prepare this work, and nothing goes out without the approval of the practitioner or their team.

What AI takes off the practice’s hands

Our AI agents work on the administrative side of the practice. Each agent can only reach the tools you open to it, and every one of its actions can be reviewed afterwards.

Diagnosis and prescription stay outside the scope of these tools: a message that raises a clinical question is flagged and passed on to the practitioner as it stands, with no draft answer. That limit also keeps the tool clear of medical device regulation, which covers software that contributes to diagnosis or treatment.

Professional secrecy and Law No. 1.565

What your patients tell you is covered by professional secrecy. We design the tool around that obligation and the code of ethics of your profession, within the framework of the GDPR and Monaco’s Law No. 1.565 on personal data.

Access rights are granted by role: an assistant sees the diary and the administrative documents, while a locum only sees the patients booked on their own days. Every access and every action is logged, so you know who opened a file and when. Your data is never used to train an external model, and hosting is decided with you, depending on where you practise.

Hosting health data: HDS and Monaco

A practice based in France, in Nice, Menton or Beausoleil, must entrust its health data to an HDS-certified host (hébergeur de données de santé), as required by Article L.1111-8 of the French Public Health Code. For these practices, we deploy the tool with a certified host chosen with you, and the practice website stays separate from patient data.

In Monaco, the processing of health data falls under Law No. 1.565, and hosting can stay in the Principality. When a practice works on both sides of the border, or shares files with colleagues based in France, we review the applicable rules from the brief onwards and choose an HDS-certified host whenever it is required.

Practice software built on your own files

Medical records often sit in a dedicated clinical system, while quotes and consumable stock stay in spreadsheets and reminders in the memory of the front desk. We bring this administrative side together in a single application, built from your Excel files, a former CRM or an export from your till.

A working prototype arrives within 72 hours, then we adjust it with the practitioner and the front desk on real cases. The tool takes the shape of your organisation, for instance around prosthesis quotes in a dental practice, and its architecture allows for a new partner joining or a second practice opening.

Letters and team notes can join a second brain, a graph in which the agent finds the context of a file before drafting a reply. The details are on the bespoke AI software page.

The practice website, sober and kept up to date

A patient looking for a dentist or a physiotherapist in Monaco wants to find the address, the opening hours, the specialities and a way to reach the practice, quickly. We deliver a first version of the website within 48 hours, on a design drawn for you or starting from your current site.

The copy follows the communication rules of your profession: it describes the practice and the team, with no promise of outcome and no testimonial presented as a guarantee. You edit the text yourself from the site, to announce a summer closure or a locum.

The full SEO audit is free. The copy is written so that search engines and assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini understand your specialities and your opening hours. Hosting, security and maintenance are included, and the site belongs to you, domain name included, with no compulsory subscription.

Who builds your tools

A dedicated developer, equipped with AI, follows the practice’s project from the brief to the launch. PRAGMA, registered in Monaco (RCI 26P10994), has two founders: Romain Girardi, doctoral candidate and creator of the agentic system EleutherIA, and Benjamin Mathias, a tech lead with eight years in infrastructure and DevOps, who held that role at the European Space Agency and has worked for Jellysmack, Orange and Atos.

We apply the same discipline of confidentiality to family offices and law firms as to nurseries and nanny agencies. Projects delivered for regulated professions in Monaco and on the French Riviera are presented in our work.

Frequently asked questions

Does PRAGMA’s AI help with diagnosis?

No. Our tools stop at the administrative side of the practice, and a clinical question is passed on to the practitioner without any prepared answer.

Where is patient data hosted?

It depends on where you practise. A practice based in France has its health data hosted by an HDS-certified provider; in Monaco, hosting can stay in the Principality. Either way, your data is not used to train any external model, and every time a file is opened, it is logged.

Do we have to replace our current software?

Not necessarily. We start from your existing data, and connecting the tools already in place is part of the scope, and therefore of the pricing.

How long before we see a first result?

A first version of the website within 48 hours and a working software prototype within 72 hours, both free and with no commitment. A traditional web agency starts with a quote and usually announces 4 to 8 weeks.

Tell us which administrative task weighs most on your practice, through the contact form or at contact@pragma.mc. We get back to you with a free audit and prototype built on that exact case, before any commercial discussion.
